First milk has a special job.
Colostrum is naturally rich in proteins, including immunoglobulins such as IgG. For the calf, it is the first food after birth.
Swiss colostrum / min. 65% IgG
Colostrum is what nature gives a calf for its start in life – naturally rich in immunoglobulins. We process it cold to preserve its natural proteins and standardise it to at least 65% IgG.
Nature, handled with care.
First milk is extraordinary.
Our job is to keep it that way.
Nature's first nutrition
Before ordinary milk comes colostrum: a brief window of concentrated nutrition with which a newborn calf builds its first defences. That is where our story begins.
Colostrum is naturally rich in proteins, including immunoglobulins such as IgG. For the calf, it is the first food after birth.
We remove fat and casein to concentrate the protein fraction. According to our certificate of analysis, protein makes up more than 90% of the dry matter.
We collect only the surplus, process it cold and standardise it to at least 65% IgG.

The standard is in the details
Our process removes fat and casein to concentrate the IgG fraction. The powder contains at least 65% IgG, with its composition printed clearly on the pack.
Composition figures describe the powder. Capsule serving amounts differ.
Know what you are choosing
A scoop size tells you how much powder you take. Its IgG specification tells you what is inside.
Concentration describes composition, not an effect.
From the source
Our colostrum comes from Swiss cows, through a network of more than 120 partner farmers. Only the surplus is collected after the calf has fed. Swiss Health & Nutrition takes it from raw material to finished product.

The person behind it
“I’ve worked with colostrum for more than 20 years. With us, the calf always drinks first; only then do we collect the surplus. And what goes into the pack is tested in the lab.”
Do you have a question about colostrum, where it comes from or how to take it? Write to me. I answer personally.

A little more clarity
Colostrum is the first milk a cow produces after calving. It naturally contains immunoglobulins, including IgG. Swiss Wow Cow uses only surplus Swiss colostrum, collected after the calf has fed.
It is the minimum IgG specification of our colostrum. IgG stands for immunoglobulin G, a protein naturally present in colostrum. The powder nutrition panel lists 0.69 g of IgG per gram. These are composition figures, not promises of an effect.
Choose powder if you prefer a scoop and a 60-day supply. Choose capsules for convenience and a 30-day supply. Serving sizes differ; see each product page for details.
Stir into cool or lukewarm water. The powder is not fully water-soluble, so some texture or settling is normal. Do not mix with hot drinks or alcohol.
Swiss Wow Cow is analysed using ISO 17025-validated methods: IgG content, protein, microbiology and antibiotic residues.
